This painting was the result of a late afternoon early evening boat ride through the swamps in Houma, Louisiana. the captain told me if we saw 10 gators during the day there would be 100 there at night !!!!and to watch the eyes light up at night still freaked him out !! I love the combination of the beauty and the danger that the swamps are all about. This painting is 48 x 60″ oil on canvas and signed by the artist.
