Description
There are times when I pick up the brush and start painting just for the joy of it, this is one of those times. You start with some basic shapes and work and develop them for a few hours, and listen to the canvas and what it is telling you.
This is the 16 x 20 oil on panel that I have painted on for about 8 to 9 hours, it is layered many times and the results seem to have ended up looking like a lost city. Though it’s a total abstraction it seems to trigger a response in different ways.
