Description
I think any avid survivalist is going to love this original oil painting. This pleasant little abode was actually built as a bomb shelter in the 1950s. It reminded me how important it is to be prepared for things. Survivalists that I’m connected with preach how important strong preparation really can be. Well, I decided to capture a survivalist’s efforts. The warm afternoon light and beautiful flowers surrounding it somehow neutralized the defensive intent of the structure. This is a 16 x 20 oil on panel titled “Survivalist Bomb Shelter.”
