Looking for an art book to display in your home? After spending time on the raod I decided to create an art book and here’s the details…I traveled around Mississippi for over three years painting all the landscapes of the different areas of the state. I wanted everyone to see what a beautiful state it really is so I compiled all of the art work in one book called “Mississippi Light”. This art book is for all those that love Mississippi, have a liking to art and landscape painting and much more!
When I first came to Mississippi i fell in love with the beautiful landscapes and look of the state. I wanted to share the beauty with the rest of the world. It took me three years to travel all over the state and paint on location to capture many of the different looks of the land. This book was dedicated to my dad Robert Cartmell for his unending encouragement to me to keep on painting.
