This was painted many years ago of my old friend Dr. Joseph Maynard. “Smoking Joe ” as he was affectionately known, was the historian for the Palmer family. He worked at Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta,Georgia. It’s 24 x 30 and signed and in my own collection.
