This is the completed painting of “Blackwater swamp” it’s a 16 x 20 oil on panel done in broken color. I painted this on location , I squatted the mosquitoes and braved the snakes to capture this quiet moment. It may sound odd , but I feel a quiet history of hundreds of years while trying to capture the beauty of this place. $2100. With a beautiful custom frame. I hope you like the piece.
