I’ve been spending a lot of time painting and releasing many 5″ x 7″ pieces. While I like creating these, I still create larger pieces. In fact, I’m tempted to step away from the smaller pieces completely and just create larger pieces from here on out. I haven’t decided just yet…
I’ve been creating pieces like Old Miller Place and Spring Hillside, as well as many others for quite some time. But I’m starting to get back to the larger pieces and I’m really enjoying it. Sure, it takes much more time and effort, but I love doing it.
Another thing I love to do is go fly fishing. While I don’t get to do it as often as I’d like. I still thoroughly enjoy it. Given that spring is here and summer is around the corner, I had to release this fly fishing painting.
It’s a 20″ x 24″ oil on canvas that I spent a long time creating. The piece is $1,200 and it’s now available for purchase on the site. The trees took quite some time to capture.
Here’s a link to check it out or simply see the image below:
One last thing, I’ve got a favor to ask. I’m looking for topics to publish articles on that are related to both collecting and creating art. If there are any topics that you’d like me to cover please reply to the email with your thoughts.
I’d love to cover topics of interest should you have any. I’m not here to simply paint. I want to improve your relationship with fine art in general.
Have a positive Tuesday.
