I have enjoyed my knife making career for the past 25 years. I have specialized in skinners, hunters, fighters, every day carry, and fixed blade knives of all different kinds. It only took me 25 years to realize that culinary knives or kitchen knives had a far greater audience than did my hunters and skinners.
I have now released a new line of cooking knives influenced from the finest of Japanese designs, as well as the time proven American and German designs. I am using only the finest of materials such as very high carbon stainless steel’s, as well as Damascus for the blades of these knives, and the very best and most attractive handles I can find.
I find the appetite for these chef knives is far greater than that of the skinners and has a wider and whole different niche. I most enjoy mixing the multicultural designs of the past in creating my new line. I am also personalizing these knives by engraving and etching initials and names on the blades.
